In a terse release Brainium, a computer vendor for the education market, said Don Morris has resigned effective Sept. 30. No reason for his sudden departure was provided.
"I and the board of directors appreciate the efforts and contribution that Don made to the organization during his tenure," CEO Brian Lock said in the release.
Lock replaced Morris as CEO on Sept. 13. The management change came after Brainium blamed a delay in shipping its latest DreamMax brand PC for a drastic drop in Q2 revenues reported on Aug. 30.
